    Local user account setup support (BypassNRO) for Windows 11 24H2

    Does Disabled or Enabled for the `Local user account setup support (BypassNRO)` mean it will allow the interactive user to set up a local account? NTLite is a great program, but I sure wish there was more documentation as to what the value-set of each setting meant.
