the thing is, if i re enable the disabled components (while leaving other tweaks) it works just fine... im now trying to re enable each category and when ill find the category ill start digging to its components to find the one that cause this issue...

I guess thats the same as going to the registry and removing that value, cause i tried that and also tried adding EnableWindowsSpotlightFeatures which didnt work too
