Hey......it looks like my plan is failing with the blocking. It seems that if windows is not activated then it is easy to block it but when it gets activated it is trying to unblock itself again. Will work on that one.

The first find I have extensive Group policy edits in, various regs files, firewall changes, services disabled. In the new one it is only the dll I've changed. No other changes to the OS
