Anybody got an idea to this one. I rip a Windows 10 Pro - 1809 but when I run it in the virtual (VMWare) and open up NTLite in the virtual to run live install it show up as Windows Enterprise. No....... I didn't make a mistake by ripping the wrong windows.
Desktop Icon minimize
Use the batch file from Tenforums....attached here. Much better since it enables it immediately, mine you have to restart first.

Yes Nuhi. I attached a pic to show the error. But the error is not NTLite's fault. When the Preset xml is created it remembers the previous path of the files found in the OS to add, when I rip a OS I normally call it win10-1, win10-2, etc. When I am finish with one rip after testing I delete the...
Hey Clanger. Awesome little tool, both 32 and 64 bit. I like it that you can directly save into reg file. BUT, it misses some reg files and cant detect some changes.....thus I use Regshot. But regshot have it's own issues.....with it's all crap fined it is sometimes difficult to rummage through...
Well only if I formatted. Then on my first run it tells me the file is missing, after I reinserted the first file then it is fine. It doesn't bother me since you need to understand that we rip out so much stuff from windows and some time we just remove something that is need somewhere else. I am...
Actually.......I use Win Aero tweaker to tweak the icons, with that I use regshot to give me the reg changes, add them to a reg file called icons and add it to NTLite registry option, with that said I use shellfolderfix to fix icon positions and area and to manage the way explorer open up file...
Easier method.....just rename the command file on ISO\sources\$$\setup\scripts\ SetupComplete.cmd, to something else, do install and see if it is Windows install fine....if it does then it is the command process issue, if not then it is a bad NTLite rip.
I found something similar. If I use NTLite and done everything nice, when I format and put everything ready for the next rip, clean OS and not ripped before, then NTLite tells me the file is missing. When I go to updates and reinsert it-it is then fine. Just saying......
UPDATE: CONFIRMED
Network\Internet Explorer\JScript\Internet Explorer HTML Viewer\ Internet Explorer is causing the browser problem. It depends on whether you remove edge or not. With out removing edge then Network\Internet Explorer\JScript\Internet Explorer HTML Viewer\ Internet Explorer causes...
UPDATE: I have removed the following services in NTLite, see list1 and list2 has the remaining services. What I have found is if you remove Waas medic service, run the Updel xml file on preload and disable the services in list2 then windows cannot run a windows update. There is some debate on...
You cannot set another browser in Windows 10-1809 via registry if Edge html is removed....even if you copy the registry key....inside windows\system32 is an xml reference file that point the registry towards the browser option. This file gets deleted once you remove the html file....and here is...
Yes Nuhi.
The tool is not my work......inside the rar is a text file with the owners details and website. It is free so I don't think it would be a problem.
If one remove Microsoft accounts sign in service you cannot register windows at all. The same with client licence service.
Cheers and enjoy
If you remove this file in Network\Internet Explorer\JScript\Internet Explorer HTML Viewer\ Internet Explorer, then html in your settings have problems remapping to a new or different browser or setting another browser as default. Meaning you cannot change it to something else. You cannot change...
I have found it. In Windows 10-1809. In group policy, Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\System\Internet Communication Management\Internet Communication settings\Turn off access to all Windows Update features. If you disable this policy then Windows cannot and will not update any...
