Give me guidance please. I downloaded .net 3.5 in NTLite for Windows 10-1809 and installed it via NTLite. But when on desktop it doesn't show in the programs\features that it has been added. Is the function to add it to features restricted to windows update and dism only? Yeah I know about the...
UPDATE.
OK.....I was wrong. You can update Windows with Medic and Update Orchestrator Service disabled. I have found the mother that's behind the windows update issue. If you disable Microsoft Account Sign-in Assistant then your machine cannot update and Windows and slui tell you that their is...
That I've done. But the heartbeat between Medic service via windows update and Update Orchestrator Service continue. What I have found now is that if you only disable Medic with NTLite then the heartbeat is lost. You can still update something if you like but windows system doesn't look for...
Yeah.....I am fondly looking back at my 8.1......and the time is coming closer for to return to it. I don't need 10. I was just itching were I couldn't scratch....so yeah. People who think they are smart aren't always as smart! lol

I found away to block Windows 10 - 1809 updates before even loading to the desktop. For anyone here interested in it.
PLEASE NOTE: This reg file removes the whole Windows update from task scheduler. So if you use Windows update DON'T use this.
Here is the reg file. Loaded it in NTLite in the...
I use a program called NLoam from virtual tech to create me little exe programs to do the installation of things. It can take ANY thing and create a exe of it. It's free but I don't think the creator is around anymore. I have a copy of version 1 and 1.2. Some little programs don't work today...
Hi Clanger. Here are some to help you along with the windows side of things. ALL that I post have been tested.....those I think will not add value I will leave out. The description of the title warrants the purpose of the reg file.
