If you are using the MSI version, the arguments are "/qn"
Note that as of this writing, the latest version does not have an msi installer - I had to grab version 3.0.20.

Thank you garlin and nuhi. I think I've figured out what I did.
I unloaded the mounted image and rather than start from absolute scratch, I thought I would try by remounting the same folder. No red x on the edition - good sign. The edition loaded just fine - another good sign. Upon loading...
That's a little disconcerting, since nothing in that image/folder has been touched since it worked fine on the 8th. Sigh. Well, I'll give that a try and see what happens.

I've been working on a win 10 Pro 22H2 build. I had to set it aside for a couple of weeks due to other pressures. I decided to get back to work on it today. When I launched NTLite (licensed), there was an update available, so I took it.
The build I was working on was an ISO expanded into its...
Thanks for the insight, garlin .
I'm not sure if any of those issues were a factor, but what I do know is that in my final test , the only thing I changed was to omit any Windows updates from the ISO build and that made a difference between a "Windows could not update the computer's boot...
I thought I would share my experience with this problem.
I've been struggling with the "Windows could not update the computer's boot configuration" issue all day. Somehow, a couple of days ago, I created a successful installation USB, but that was while I was experimenting and learning NTLite...
I have found in NTLite->Settings->Network the ability to turn on Remote Administrative Shares, however it's useless unless you also turn on file and printer sharing. I was unable to find that setting anywhere in NTLite. I also haven't been able to find any documented registry keys to change on...
Thank you - things are beginning to come into focus now. I have not been keeping the individual session presets. Looks like I will be starting from scratch so that I can ultimately end up with one preset that I can use as a "master". Perhaps preset autoloading occurs as long as the changes...
Fair enough - I was just going by what I read in the docs.
After loading the preset, the number of changes I made in unattended seem to be correct, however, the number of changes I made in other categories are way off. I removed components and made numerous settings changes, but it shows no...
Sigh - the confusion only deepens, but thank you so much for your patience.
I'm working with an auto-expanded ISO (Win 10 Pro 22H2) in the NTLite\Cache folder. When I'm done for the day, I save the preset to a named file and also keep the autosave. The next day, that image is still mounted...
As a relatively new NTLite user, I'm trying to wrap my head around how everything works. Following advice I've seen on this forum, I'm making small changes to the image, creating a bootable ISO and testing. As for the autounattend file, I'm hoping you can save me a lot of time in trial and...
This is nothing critical - I'm just reporting a behavior that seems a little unusual.
In settings, I have configured my PrtScn key to launch the Snipper tool.
I've tested and verified that when the NTLite window has focus while I'm editing a preset, the PrtScn key is disabled. Win-Shift-s...
I'll take your word for it, but I'm still a little confused. I thought newly added users inherited the settings from the Default User, not the Local Machine as you stated above. Plus, from the NTLite Registry screen itself:
So are you saying this is a bug of some kind, either in NTLite or...
That makes sense. I only started investigating it when I discovered that there is not an existing ContentDeliveryManager section in HKLM. In that case, I should be able to put the reg file in the Registry section of NTLite, correct? If not, why do you recommend Post-Setup?
Here are a few...
My terminology was lacking, but garlin is correct, Spotlight is what I want to keep.
You are making assumptions - I have a license because I believe a person should be compensated for their hard work.
garlin , as I was musing over the reg file you gave me, I was wondering why you specified to...
I've seen on videos that removing the Content Delivery Manager from Components stops bloatware apps from loading, but also stops the random lock screen images, which if probably the only cool thing about the CDM. In Settings, I see an option to disable the "Automatic installation of sponsored...
Climbing onto soapbox....
It still amazes me (although I'm not sure why anymore) how many people feel that talented programmers should work for free. A project of this magnitude consumes countless hours in both creating and supporting it. It also seems that the people who complain the most...
