Bluetooth-Paired Devices are Invisible
Fresh install. Bluetooth devices are able to pair and function while Bluetooth shows "Not Connected" and paired devices cannot be seen. 23H2, Bluetooth compatibility enabled. Snipping Tool - Failed to open the file, just as I took and clicked on the screenshot.- Shmlo

Snipping Tool not pasting to clipboard and Action Center/Notifications suffers from "startup delay"
Title basically. I created my almost perfect windows (11 Home N 22H2) installation, is fast as hell and everything I need works... except for 1 major bug and 1 minor annoyance. Sniping Tool (and print-screen key) not pasting to clipboard Copy/Pasting text works. Coping an image from a webpage...- Vento
