BUG - Win 11 24H2 in unattended setting

Hello...
When i use cental european letters in Name of the user in unattended setting it shows "questin mark" on place where is the CE letter is, on loggon screen... Like řžýáíé
It is just in 24H2 version of Windows 11... Previous versions of Win10/11 are OK...

Be aware, that the new installer of 24H2 is handling the installation as it's and upgrade.
Complete mesh.
