Component Templates ignore Compatibility settings.
This really shouldn't be how it works.
I'm not sure if this is intended?
I noticed it when the "Lite" template removed components marked as red.
For example, Windows Error Reporting API for WHEA logging, and Windows Update Service for permanently activate the windows license, both get disabled with the Lite template, even though "Recommended" is checked under Compatibility.
