Disable indexing on C: drive

A big wish - if even possible would be that Indexing on the C drive is not even taking place instead of doing manually after install.
Other drives persist with no indexing with new installs.
Already disabled anything related to Windows search witch didn't solve this.

If you find a solution, I'd appreciate it.
I tried it a while ago, but between the attributes, etc... it's a mess, and I couldn't completely uncheck the box (to get the same result as unchecking it manually).

Yeah - after install unckecking take an unnecessary time involving cmd prompt hided. But haven't figured it out. That's actually a challenge btw
