You are using an untouched iso with no updates, you wouldnt get the problem if kb3125574 is installed. You have got a certificate problem which i had and abbodi86 solved. Here. You are also using an old version, we are now on 1.7. I would also check your components notes just incase there is something needed for .nets, something is needed for .net installation but i cant remember what is it. Make sure you keep Certificate Tools. I would suggest using .net472.

You have removed windows update and related components. Tick Windows Update in the Compatibility box to keep the required components.

You need to keep BITS, Background Intelligent Transfer Service to install .nets, thats the one i was thinking of above.
