This setting is disabled, but after installation the logon screen still classic.

I dont think that works on any windows version anymore.

MT_ might be correct, did not work on Win7 or 10, will remove this setting.

Exinie, did you actually disable the option "Display last user name in logon screen"?
Try enabling that.
