Help with re-enabling Windows Media Player

I have tried to re-enable it through NTLite and I get the error:

Media Features - Error 0x800f0922 - [2338] The queue you specified does not exist.

I have also tried to enable it through "Turn Windows Features on or off" and I get the error:

Windows couldn't complete the requested changes.
The changes couldn't be completed. Please reboot your computer and try again.
Error code: 0x800F0922

Any help? Thanks.

Depends what was done to the system.
Do you still have a preset which was used to configure that image for me to test the same thing?

Hello, sorry for the long reply.

Here is the preset .xml file.

Back when I did this I was still on Windows 7 so I have a separate xml for just features (because it was broke on Windows 7 or something? Can't remember exactly.) I combined both xmls so hopefully it works.
