How do I make a new ISO from a profile or build I made a year ago?

It was straight forward to install NTLite and create my first ISO with everything removed that I wanted to get rid of.

Now its a year or 2 later and I have updated defender, and .net and a bunch of other things through NTlite, but I cannot figure out how to make an updated ISO with the things I individually updated.

Is that not possible, do I have to start completely over?

No. If you've saved a copy of your previous preset, it can be applied to the new Windows ISO.

NTLite will try to duplicate as many changes as it can. Some Windows components or tweaks may have changed in between the different Windows releases. Obviously replace the updates list, as it's now out of date.

If you didn't save the previous preset (or lost it), NTLite can recover most of the changes from an existing ISO.

1. Load your old image.
2. From the Image screen, Preset / Save / Extract current image state -> new preset
3. Unload image.
4. Load a clean ISO.
5. Preset / Load (Overwrite)
