Hi guys !

Is there any way to remove the "Client for Microsoft Networks" component in windows (7 or 10) network stack ?
(ntlite / manual file deletion / regedit / powershell / etc.)

Thanks :)

I don't remember which component it is (removed since Windows 10)
To see with nuhi or if anyone else remembers

This is the basic smb component used by MS to share file over network.
I also have it on my local Win10 :)

I'm under Win10 LTSC 21H2, maybe it depends of Win10 version, what is your Tistou77 ?

With W11, I have the same thing with W10
But I don't remember which component remove this

Thanks Tistou, so I suppose it's "Explorateur réseau" if french version.
I will test to remove this component when the new release of ntlite will be available and fix my Win7 iso ;)
