Integrating newest DesktopAppInstaller not working? I cannot use Winget

Hi!
I have tried integrating AppInstaller using the updates menu in NTLite. It appears to have integrated however it actually hasn't and Winget still isn't accessible until I run Microsoft Store and install all the updates from there.
My main reason for using Winget is to replace Chocolatey as I have found Chocolatey to be unreliable. Sometimes the servers are down, sometimes the hashes don't match, sometimes it installs and old versions and it can take weeks for them to sort it out. I have found Winget to work pretty well so far in my testing.
Am I doing something wrong?

NTLite's Updates do not provide an offline license for AppInstaller, which means winget won't work for a few minutes until ClipSVC acquires a new license in the background. To make it work immediately, add this PowerShell command to register AppInstaller:

Command	Parameters
powershell	Add-AppxPackage -RegisterByFamilyName -MainPackage Microsoft.DesktopAppInstaller_8wekyb3d8bbwe
winget	install Chocolatey.Chocolatey --disable-interactivity --silent --accept-source-agreements --accept-package-agreements

You're supposed to add all three Appx packages (the last two are pre-requisites for AppInstaller).
