Intel drivers on Microsoft Update Catalog

I usually get my drivers direct from amd intel realtek etc. The update catalog lists a ton on intel drivers, do i need to get any of those or do they come in windows CU's? How would i go about searching for any updated drivers from there?

Should I get my drivers from a website like Softpedia, from a software or from the manufacturer's website?
