Keep getting: "Windows cannot access the installation sources."

No matter what components or things i add or remove it keeps giving me that SAME ERROR for HOUSRRSSSS...
PLZ HELP
 
This can be caused by missing or incorrect storage drivers. When WinPE reloads drivers, it can no longer find the USB or system device.
Check if you have added the right drivers to the install image.
 
That's my point, your image will need a driver to work. What happens when you install a clean ISO?
 
When you're in VMware, don't forget to disable any auto-install "helper" features. You should create a plain VM, without informing VMware that you have an ISO image. VMware will try to inject changes while Windows is installing, and you want to avoid that.

If followed correctly, no repair action is required for installing a custom ISO, much less a clean ISO. I'm using VMware Workstation all the time when testing user's questions.
 
Hey, im still having issues. The thing i did with a custom install worked but its not stable laggy and i cant install VMware tools directly.
How do you make a new VM? without easy install or with. Id like to skip all the OOBE and just preconfigured Unattended but its fine without.

The correct way to skip OOBE is by enabling NTLite's Unattended mode and provide the required details. autounattend.xml will be written to the ISO folder.

What the VMware helper mode does is dynamically insert its own unattend file on the VM's disk so it can automate some steps without having you modify the install ISO. This is helpful for non-technical users, but most pro's avoid it.

New VM Wizard -> Custom -> Next -> Next
Confirm "I will install the operating system later" is checked. VMware will not interfere by injecting anything.

Thank you very much, is there anywhere i can see the actual unattend file VMWare inserts?
