No Bootmanager when booting the ISO file but works in VM

I finished my ISO file, testing it in a VM works but when I create a bootable stick with Rufus and try to boot it on my PC (BIOS) it says that there's no Bootmanager. Do I have to note something if I want to use that ISO on UEFI and BIOS?

@yNEX, normally there isn't any known issue, so if you want me to double-check it, did you remove any boot managers and which options did you use in Rufus?

I couldn't try RUFUS, can't remember why but WinsetupFromUSB doesn't have the RUFUS limitations and has been working perfect for my needs.
