I'm using the option to download windows 7 updates and it is only find 55 updates it seems kinda low no?

No, it doesn't download superseeded updates, select all and Windows Update shouldn't show updates other than .NET and languages.

I tried to find that option to download all windows 10 updates in the NTLite interface, but without success.

I looked in the category "integration", sub category "updates".

Please, can you give me a hint?
