Are you using Windows X-Lite ISO? We don't support 3rd-party modded ISO's.
Your last preset was free of any image edits, so NTLite didn't break your Windows.
If there are no pre-installed UWP apps, you don't have a default media player. We're here to help if you want to learn how to start with a clean Windows ISO and make your own customizations. But we don't support another dev's ISO.
