secure.2checkout..... is blocked and reported as phishing, unsecure site from all browsers...
Any other payment methods...?

Do you mean 2checkout flagged you as unsecure, not that the site itself is?
If a browser marked 2checkout as insecure (invalid SSL certificate), then other than a temporary maintenance on their side, your router/proxy/pc is invalidating the certificate.

Works fine here in Chrome/Edge and Firefox at this moment, site is marked as "Connection secure".

Make sure to allow Windows to refresh root certificates (common issue when blocking Windows services), and if your router or proxy is resigning SSLs (HTTPS inspection), then solve that.

Also check if you have malware that might be redirecting the site for you.

Rest assured, 2checkout.com is a legit site and thousands of software developers are using it.
But I cannot guarantee that your specific connection or a browser isn't compromised.
Here is a result of a 3rd party SSL and malware scan of the site in question, you're welcome to find any proving otherwise.
