No, it's the one which comes with the OS, a system app (its shortcut is present in the Start Menu below the Pictures' folder shortcut, I think). It's called Settings and not Definitions. Yes, I still have it and it looks like it has something to do with a service being disabled, although I still don't know which one. What is that and how can it be helpful? Does this new version have that Windows Update fix after integrating the previous CU and the latest SSU with NTLite and installing the latest CU through Windows Update?
EDIT: It looks like it happens after I disable the Windows Push Notifications User Service. If I manually disable it after installing Windows 10 I still have this problem.
