Stop SearchHost.exe from opening WebView2 background processes

Do a (Default - just updated, no liting/revert on the current system then redo the tweak/s)test install the run Nirsofts RegFromApp to spoof what changes vivetool makes.
 
Default + updated w10 is like trying to swim in treacle until ive tweaked + kludged it to an inch of its life(i can only assume w11 is the same/much worse) then its usable/bearable.
