Two leftover folders, one bug.

For win7 x86, I deleted DVD Maker, but this folder is still there.
Program Files\DVD Maker
For win10, I removed defender, but it kept an en-US folder. But I don't have the English language pack installed.
Program Files \Windows Defender\en-US
Program Files (x86)\Windows Defender\en-US
For win7, after installing IE11, the NTLite function interface still shows IE8 and is marked as off.

Thanks, added the empty folder cleanup for those in the next update.

As for IE8, is it the same in the Start - Run - OptionalFeatures.exe ?
