If you are using the free version, only certain components are available to remove. The paid version removes a lot more

NTLite is purchased through an e-commerce partner (2CheckOut). The billing partner is required to follow the laws in your country (or EU region). It's not up to NTLite to decide how to apply any VAT, but you can add the VAT ID during purchase.
