W7 and 8.1 ISO's are no longer available from MS download servers, unless you have Volume Licensing. NTLite forum rules do not allow anyone to share non-official Windows download links or sites.
i wouldnt even bother with 8.1 nowadays unless your oem pc or laptop came with it from the factory or as an option and self build hardware that officially supports it.
