Capabilities, Windows 10 1809 - Solved

I can disable Capabilities with dism just like i can with Features. Will Capabilities get re-enabled on image deployment(a sysprepped captured image) or do they stay disabled just like Features are?
 
Reading the docs, to add Capabilities you need to inform DISM where to look for install files. Which means disabling is permanent.
