How to remove the option to keep the files treated with NTLite in the ISO

How to remove the option to keep the files treated with NTlite in the ISO, when creating the ISO also incorporates the modifications made to the image, is there any way to avoid it and not appear.

I'm not sure which files are you referring to, can you give examples? Like the Auto-saved XML and NTLite.log?

I would prefer to have an option to choose whether to save or not, the only alternative I have instead of creating the ISO directly is to make the changes and once the process is finished manually delete those two files and create the ISO afterwards.

Turn off the Auto-save feature in NTLite's settings. It's on by default, since many beginners don't bother saving a copy of their preset.
