Hi, I am using a fresh Windows 10 ISO made by Windows Media Creator, but I'm having a problem with the autoattend options.
I have enabled it, selected auto-fill , making sure all skip options are selected, but when I test the image in VirtualBox, but it stops at where you have to select region.
It completes the first reboot, goes through the getting ready with the spinny wheel, then stops for me to select region, keyboard layout, adding s second keyboard layout, then asks me the setup questions when I have already provided this in NTLite.

Can somebody help me out please? without the autoattend settings the installation works perfectly,

VirtualBox and VMware both default to having unattended install modes, where they "help" by creating their own answer files which are presented to the running VM on a temporary "floppy". This file overrides your ISO's unattended file since it's found earlier in the search order.

Whenever you create a new VM, check the box marked "Skip Unattended Installation". Delete your existing VM, and make another one.

Thanks so much for your reply.
However, this is not the case, I used a working vm that i'd done a snapshot on before hand to revert the changes. I've even tried it on a spare PC and it does the exact same thing, which all leads me to believe it is the Unattended mode that screws up the installation.
I was gonna suggest uploading my unattend.xml file to check it for errors, but I ran it through Windows System Image Manager and have sucessfully validated the file with no errors, so this is my final port of call, not even ChatGPT could help.

Please attach your preset (and not the created autounattend.xml), after removing any user passwords or license keys.

There are 2 areas to setup region settings on the Unattended page, WindowsPE (initial setup) and OOBE (final product).
Make sure both are fully set, if not, then which language is the image... better yet, provide the preset as garlin suggested, then I can replicate and fix autofill if needed.
