Hi!
Earlier in Windows 10, I deleted the ClientCBS and ClientCore, these folders remained but they were cleaned, got smaller but the system was installed and working.
If I deleted in Windows 11 23H2 Pro 22631.5909, will this method work?

It all depends on your use, I delete them and no problem for my use
Also, you have the old explorer (the one with the ribbons) with these components removed if I remember correctly (I've always used this explorer).

Do you leave two Explorers (Legacy, Extensions ), when you remove ClentCBS, ClientCore?

When I delete Explorer (Extensions) - Personalization does not work in the Desktop Context Menu
windows error: ms-settings : personalization
p.s. Maybe it's CBS or Core?

I delete both components (CBS and Core) and the Personalization option in the context menu works.
The problem lies elsewhere.

EDIT : I remove File Explorer (Extensions) too

You delete the Game Mode component, you need to protect the gamemode.dll file in System32
I'll see with Nuhi, so that this file is automatically protected if Settings (or another component) is kept

PS : You can just add this file to System32 without reinstalling or anything else

EDIT : In the meantime you can protect it in the Component page, Compatibilities button, and add the path to the dll

Nuhi will add this information to the component description, the component being very small (4 files), no need to protect just 1 file automatically
Always possible to protect the file manually in Component page-Compatibilities button for those who want
