KB4135051 and 1803 ISO gives file is being used by another process error
I've done this many time but 1803 (RS4) update gives "file being used by another process KB4135051..." error. 1. Download ISO for 1803 2. Add NetFx3 (.NET3.5) 3. Add KB4135051 CAB file (17134.5) 4. Process. After apply .NET 3.5 CAB file, it throws an error and says KB4135051 is being used by...- NTLiteUser
