KB4135051 and 1803 ISO gives file is being used by another process error

I've done this many time but 1803 (RS4) update gives "file being used by another process KB4135051..." error.

1. Download ISO for 1803
2. Add NetFx3 (.NET3.5)
3. Add KB4135051 CAB file (17134.5)
4. Process.

After apply .NET 3.5 CAB file, it throws an error and says KB4135051 is being used by another process and allow me to continue or abort.

This file is not used by another process. I've multiplied that file changed location. None of them worked. File is not locked, path is not long or not have any invalid characters. Plain path with plain CAB file. NTLite just can't process that file. However, 1709 ISO and their updates works perfectly. Only this particular KB4135051 has this issue.

Is there anything wrong with this file?

Note: I'm using fresh preset. Do not use anything from 1709. Just open a new NTLite session and follow the steps.
 
Thanks for reporting, it has been fixed and the new version will be released in an hour or two.
I can send you pre-release link or integrate the .NET first (with Stop after processing selected on the Apply page).
Then reload and integrate the CU + Save on the Apply page.
 
@nuhi, thank you very much for that. I would be very happy for pre-release link so i can test here and report to you back. (I'm quite stranger to that .NET integration.)
