That feature was pointless (except on Windows 7), as Windows 10+ can select accent color for all, why would only NTLite have a different one. What I need to fix is Accent color usage, it's not consistent depending on Windows Personalization - Colors toggles.

Hi, most probably you haven't applied the update to all editions and installed a "wrong" one. Either enable Reapply - Integrate Updates to all of them on the Apply page, or Remove editions on the Apply page to not bother with those that you won't use... or a mix of both.
