[BUG] v2026.3.10860 freezes at "Start applying" phase

NTLite v2026.3.10860 x64 freezes immediately at the "Start applying all of the pending changes" phase. The preset loads successfully (495 drivers, 310+ component removals, tweaks, registry, unattended), but the apply never starts - no progress, no error, complete hang.

This worked fine with the previous build. The daily auto-update installed 10860 and the issue appeared after a system restart.

Hi,

The freeze issue is fixed with the latest update (v2026.3.10861). The build completed successfully, same preset, no changes needed on my end.
