4K resolution problem when configuring NTLite's cache folders

I have Sony 55 inch TV as monitor and resolution is 3840 x 2160(Recommended). Scaling is 250%. Win11 23H2 does not like my bad eye sight. So a software like NTLite must take care of correct high DPI behaviour on behalf of Windows. Currently I cannot access "Edit cache configuration" dialog's OK button, without changing screen scaling so small that it makes fonts barely visible. For some reason setting "Compatibility/Change high DPI settings" to any of the values does not change the situation. I bet it is the newish GUI interface which gets used by API. (It also has problems in some other instances like Focusrite Scarlett 4i4 Audio card's mixer screen's sliders) I paste the image of the situation when scaling is 250% and the "Edit cache configuration" is open waiting for Ok to be pressed. As you can see the ok button is not visible. Even if I change task bar to autohide state the OK button is still left unvisible well below the task bar. Windows does not automatically offer a scroll bar to be dragged in the case the dialog interface does not fit onto screen.
This is the situation:

I have encountered the same problem as you. I previously reported this issue to Nuhi and he is currently working on resolving it.
The best way is to use the "enter" key on the keyboard instead of the "confirm" button. Or adjust the scaling ratio of Windows to 100% and tolerate smaller fonts.

I had quite a day and a half with serious head ache after trying to make beginner's sense of NTlite with miniscule fonts and that setting. Cannot take it twice.
Then luckily I learned that it mostly works with normal font size after getting around that initial hurdle.
But you cannot know it if you meet the NTLite first time.

I found that the issue has been fixed in the latest version 12.10208, and it can display completely. The 'OK' button also displays well on the screenView attachment 13363
