7TSP GUI (for Icon Pack installation) not working

Does anyone knows which setting is wrong and preventing 7tsp program not working?
When I use this preset it says that 7tsp can run only in windows 7, even if I change compatibility it doesn't work.
.NET Framework 3.5 is enabled.
If I don't use this preset and leave the default preset/settings at NTLite (paid version) its working without a problem.

This preset is for build 26100.3915 (April 2024 Preview). Was there another edit where any components were removed? There's only a handful of listed tweaks which don't really involve desktop themes. Apps like 7tsp may require a dependency on something you removed.
 
No this is my main preset.
Nothing is edit or any component removed.
When I want to remove components I do it on a second stage.
I know it's kind of weird because I can't think what is wrong.
As you said only tweaks applied here which have nothing to do with 7tsp.
 
The only thing I can suspect is your UAC settings. Some modding tools don't always handle elevated privileges after changing UAC defaults.

You can do a simple experiment. Make a backup copy of the preset. Reset only the Settings page, and try again. If that doesn't work, try it again by reloading the original preset and Reset the Registry page. One of the two screens is the source of your problems.
 
I use 7tsp and it works fine on Windows 11 24H2 without any special tweaks or without changing its settings. As far I know it has no dependencies of any sort and creates a restore point just fine. I'd also suspect UAC settings.

The 7tsp read me file mentions the "Sorry, 7tsp only works with Windows Se7en!" error and suggests running the .exe in compatibility mode, but only under Windows 10, it shouldn't need that under Windows 11.
