Hi, I am trying to set the accent color to dark gray (#4A5459), but after installing Windows the color is completely different.
Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

This is a well known W11 bug "feature" with your accent color not being applied. Windows rejects any color combination that doesn't provide enough visual contrast (like a light grey accent vs. a dark grey background), and substitutes a "random" RGB value. The new accent color is some color scale distance away from your primary background color.

Some users say it's possible to force your color palette, but it involves overriding several UI settings in a specific combination.

AveYo provides a reg file example for a custom Dark Theme. WinPaletter is another app which can do full color themes.

NTLite can't solve this problem because it's only applying the basic colors. It's really about the right combination of UI settings, so your color palette works as intended.
