'Access is denied.' - Set 'News And Interests - Taskbar widget'; vs 10013

I got that error today when using your latest version,

Error: '[5] Access is denied.'

Under settings I had the news and Interest set to disable; I change the option to default and no longer got the error!

NTLite will remove components, before applying Settings. So basically it's not checking the reg key has disappeared in that time.

Note for others: This has to be set specifically to Default. Any other setting gave the error in my testing.
