activation question

thinking about purchasing this again, did purchase a license sometime ago but ended getting a refund as it kept asking to activate on launching the program, and backup up the license did not work.

was this ever fixed?

Hi, there was never a systematic issue that you describe, so I cannot guarantee nor recommend it.
