Adding AZERTY keyboard to an ISO

Hello, i have a question about the keyboard layout. I would like to had AZERTY to an english version of windows 1809 ltsc that hasn't got azerty

Do you know if it is possible ? Thanks!!

I don't have LTSC 2019, but 1809 Pro allows me to add AZERTY keyboard layouts on a normal install.

If you removed keyboard or language components for non-English languages, then you need to restore them.

Thank you very much, no i did not remove anything. Do you think that if i had french to it il will let me get azerty? Thank you!

Adding the keyboard doesn't get you extra language support.

You can add the French Language Pack (LP) to an English ISO, or add the English LP to a French ISO. This depends on which language is your default choice.
