Adobe Flash Player update shows up in Windows Update after removing Flash

An Adobe Flash Player update shows up in Windows Update despite having removed Adobe Flash Player with NTLite (and the update is successfully installed).

EDIT: I don't have this problem in the latest NTLite version.

I have this problem again and now two updates show up instead of one.
 
Did you integrate latest at the point of this post, KB4471331, for your exact Windows version?
Which exactly, link or method, so I try.

EDIT: If I remove Adobe Flash Player with MSMG ToolKit I don't have this problem.

EDIT 2: The problem was fixed in the latest NTLite version.
