Hello, I think that this problem was not reported because very few people use windows 11, basically everyone is sitting on windows 10
AMD Adrenalin 23.7.1 and Enhanced Storage removal breaks Win 11 22H2 (22621.1928)
We have gamers who keep asking if GamerOS works on W11, and no one's complained it doesn't work. Therefore, Enhanced Storage is being removed on those PC's. You guys are gonna spend more time debating than testing.
If you test and find out which change (driver or CU) breaks Windows, then it will easier for nuhi to look for a possible fix.

Hello, I tested all the templates and if you remove the storage service, the driver breaks! tell me how which method should I test and moreover, I tested on a live jelly and not on a virtual machine that I just tried to copy and paste %SystemRoot%\System32\StorSvc.dll but it does not work. - Stuttering may be observed while playing Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II with Radeon™ Anti-Lag enabled. As a temporary solution, users encountering this are recommended to disable the Anti-Lag in the per-game settings.
- Performance Metrics Overlay may report N/A for FPS on various games.
- Display signal may be lost after switching windows on certain Adaptive-Sync enable displays on some AMD Graphics Products, such as the Radeon™ RX 7900 XTX.
- Higher than expected GPU Memory Utilization when using certain Record and Stream settings such as Instant Replay.
IF it is a driver issue which you folks are claiming it is, then i would personally take it up with AMD because IF and i do mean IF seeing as these are the only 2 cases i have seen on the internet about it, there is an issue with the driver, then they are best suited to deal with it.
Please also note, from AMD's release notes, there is absolutely NO MENTION of enhanced storage of issues regarding it.
The point is to try an older AMD driver. I'm wasting my time if you don't follow directions.
June 2023 Preview (.1928) and July 2023 (.1992) include the same Enhanced Storage driver which was originally released back in Sep 2022 (.608).

One of them doesn't work!

22621.1928 Driver not working when deleting storage service. I have an opinion that you should have a computer not only on a green video card, but also on a red AMD for tests, this is my opinion, I'm sorry, I tested three different drivers and none of them work!

hi yes i installed pure amd driver it works without storage service . But I don't understand why I did this test. I don't use the Views Store and therefore I don't need a storage service. And I always put the AMD driver in full configuration, there you can see the temperature of the frequency of the video card and the processor. I did not understand the meaning of this test?
If your Start Menu and tray context menu work on driver-only, the problem is the AMD extensions.
Ryzen Master SDK probably is monitoring too many metrics, including Storage devices. I will repeat this one last time, there is no performance impact having Enhanced Storage installed if you don't use secure USB drives.

I think this thread suffers from translation issues. Basically, Garlin is saying that we need better troubleshooting here because it's mostly conjecture at the moment. Here's my summary of the thread, and some tips to help it reach a conclusion faster:
1) Always include your XML and all other tweaks used when creating a support thread.
2) Isolate variables: use an NTLite image with only enhanced storage uninstalled, then test AMD drivers.
3) All templates were allegedly tested, but the Privacy preset doesn't touch enhanced storage.
4) Don't restore a DLL to fix a component, instead create a new image that doesn't uninstall the culprit.
5) Put all posts through a spellchecker before translating because sloppy writing creates confusing data.
6) Screenshots need some kind of translation provided (forum rules request all writing in English).
7) Software/driver developers rarely acknowledge components, they assume users have a stock OS.
