Appcompat - restore?

I removed appcompat from Live windows, is possible restore this component?
What file i need and what changes to registry?

Returning it manually would be too complex.

Simplest and cleanest is to use Host Refresh method, just after loading your same preset on full ISO, make sure to re-check the needed component.
