NTLite will not apply WinPE lp.cab packages to a W11 24H2 (26100.1742) boot.wim. It will successfully add other WinPE-Setup & WinPE-Setup-Client packages, but appears to ignore LP updates on the Apply screen.
Running "DISM /add-package" works for the boot.wim image and the same ADK PE packages.
If you only load the LP packages, Apply screen thinks there's no updates available for processing. When you reload the manually updated boot.wim, the skipped LP's are correctly listed for the image.
Host is W10 22H2, source image is clean 24H2 RTM.
