[BUG] Open file location doesn't do anything in the Registry section

The issue is as the title says.

NTLite version: 2025.6.10482 (64 Bit) (Portable)

Windows Version: 24H2 (OS Build 26100.4349)

Don't relay on last months test updates puplished last week in the month - latest is 4351 for 24H2.
