Bypass HW Requirements for W11 24H2 live upgrades

HwReqChkVars value he posted (and you converted to .reg fomat) is truncated and will not work

take the full value from source

Thanks for the heads up. I was trying to overthink this, by reading a Superuser article on how to convert REG_MULTI_SZ, instead of forgetting the obvious step of running pbatard's reg command and exporting the key.
