After customizing my Windows 11 23H2 installation with NTLite, the integrated webcam on my Acer Nitro 5 AN515-45 stopped working.
In the Windows Camera settings, the preview only shows a grey screen, and the same happens in all external apps like Zoom, Discord, and OBS — the camera simply doesn’t load.
The webcam is correctly detected in Device Manager, and I’ve already tried /unistalling and reinstalling the camera and checking all privacy and permissions settings, but nothing changes.
Acer doesnt provide driver.
It seems that some Windows component or service required for camera/video capture might have been removed or disabled during the customization process.
Does anyone know which specific components I should keep or restore in NTLite to make the integrated webcam work again?
Adding the xml as attached file.
Thanks in advice
