Can I still make a Windows 11 without a Microsoft Account requirement on NTLite?

I just heard that Microsoft took out the bypassNRO script that many used to install Windows 11 without a Microsoft account to breeze through Windows 11 installation.

My question is, can NTLite still bypass the Microsoft Account screen in its unattended installation options?

Yes. The only change is MS has committed to removing the OOBE\BypassNRO.cmd script from 25H2, so you can't run it from Shift-F10.

Everything else stays the same. All the script does is change a reg value, which NTLite can update by itself. Now of course they could really kill the feature in the upcoming release, but no one's seen that happen on Insider builds.

If you create a Local Account in Unattended mode, that will always work.
