Can I use the Windows 11 GamerOS on 24H2 Preview? or should i just roll with something else becuase I feel like there will be new dll files that might get deleted becuase of this.

GamerOS should work on 24H2. There will always be minor differences between different releases (W10 20H2 thru W11 24H2), but not enough to prevent GamerOS from working for most users.
